Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how Allur AI deals with the personal identifiable information. ('PII') you may occasionally provide to us via Internet.

Generally, we do not collect any PII from you when you download our applications. To be specific, we do not require the consumers to get registered before downloading the application, nor do we keep track of the consumers' visits of our application, and we don't store such PII.

Allur AI will never collect and store your photos or face data when you use our application. All photos on your device will be stored locally. And any PII can not be shared with any third parties.

The situations we may access your PII:

1. The information you provide

When you use certain AI features, such as AI Cartoon and Background Remove, we need to temporarily upload your photo to our server for processing. After the photo processing is complete, your photo will be deleted from our server. Please note that we do not store your photos, regardless of which photo editing features you use in our application.

2. Log Data

We may get access to your PII is when you personally decide to email us your feedback or to provide us with a bug report. The PII we may get from you in that situation are strictly limited to your name, email address and your survey response only.

In above situation, we guarantee that your PII will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information (e.g. your name and email address) for any other purposes, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gains.

3.Facial data:

A:What facial data does your app collect?

Some facial data is only collected when generating features when using AI filters. To use this feature, you just need to upload a photo or selfie to the service. 

B:How to use the collected facial data? Provide a complete and clear explanation of all intended uses of this data.

Please note that facial data is only used for the AI ​​picture generation function in the service. It is not used to identify individual users or for marketing purposes, nor is it used to create user profiles or encourage third parties to do so. We will not transmit, share, sell or provide your facial data to any third party, including advertising platforms, analytics providers, data brokers or information dealers. 

C:Will the data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored?

In addition, we do not store your facial data, so you can rest assured that your information is safe with us. We will delete the image immediately after we have finished using it. 

D:How long will facial data be retained?

Don't worry, we will only temporarily retain your input on our servers, and once we successfully generate your AI picture, it will be permanently deleted.
